My child grows quickly, should I buy a size up?
Choosing a slightly larger size can extend the wearing time, but we don't recommend going too large, as this may affect comfort and ease of movement.

Do I need to register an account to place an order?
Not necessarily. However, registering an account makes your shopping experience more convenient, such as viewing order history and tracking order status.

What if I forget my password?
You can click "Forgot Password" on the website's login page and follow the prompts to reset it.

Where can I view my order information?
After logging into your account, you can view the processing and delivery status of your current order on the order page. If you haven't registered an account, you can also check the progress through your order confirmation information.

Can I buy multiple items at once?
Of course! Simply add your desired items to your shopping cart and checkout.

Can I modify my order information after placing it?
If your order hasn't entered the shipping process yet, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to assist you with the modifications. However, due to the fast order processing speed, modification requests cannot be guaranteed to be successful. Once the order has been shipped, the relevant information cannot be changed.

What if the tracking information doesn't update for a long time?
Occasionally, there may be delays in updates due to the transportation process. If you find any abnormalities in the tracking information, you can contact our customer service team for assistance.


Regarding Returns and Exchanges

If the item is in brand new condition, unused, and in its original packaging, you can usually apply for a return or exchange within the specified 30-day return period.

What is the return and exchange process?
First, submit an application and receive confirmation, then follow the instructions to return the item. After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will continue processing the refund or exchange.

How long does it usually take to process a refund?
Once we receive the returned goods and complete our inspection and confirmation, the refund will typically be processed within approximately 10 days and returned to your original payment account. Arrival times may vary slightly depending on the payment method; please be patient.

Can I return items that have already been worn or washed?
To ensure product quality and hygiene, used or washed items are generally not eligible for return or exchange.
