Expedited Delivery: Approximately 3–5 business days

During holidays, promotional periods, or in some remote areas, delivery times may be longer; this is normal logistics fluctuation.


Logistics Tracking

Once your order is shipped, the system will send a notification containing logistics information.
You can track your package's progress at any time using the provided tracking number, or check the latest status on your account's order page.

We support shipping to multiple countries and regions. Specific delivery areas will be displayed on the checkout page. If the system cannot recognize your address, it usually means that delivery to that area is not currently supported.

To avoid delivery delays, please ensure the following information is entered correctly when placing your order:
Recipient's Name;
Complete Shipping Address;
Postal Code and Contact Number.

Incomplete or incorrect address information may cause package delays or even delivery failure, and may require additional time to reschedule.


Package Issues or Delays

If you encounter any of the following situations, please contact us immediately:
The tracking information has not been updated for an extended period;
The package shows as delivered but you have not received it;
The package is visibly damaged during transit.

Order prices and shipping costs typically do not include customs duties or import taxes that may apply at the destination. Any related costs will be borne by you according to local regulations.
